The proposal site is located within the existing Wolverton Mill East and South Employment area and consists of a number of single storey office units. The site is surrounded by mature landscape and topography. The redevelopment of the site to deliver modern general industrial and storage and distribution is driven by the aim to create a place that is a legible and aesthetically appropriate set of proposals that are both robust to reflect market requirements and sensitive to the Local Authority's aspirations for the redevelopment of the site.
