We were appointed by Breedon Group to deliver the full architectural scope for the renovation of an office building located on the operational site in Breedon on the Hill. This project formed part of a broader masterplan and is aimed at reimagining a collection of poorly linked and inappropriate spaces into a contemporary, functional workspace tailored to the evolving needs of Breedon’s business activities.

​The renovation centred on a complete reconfiguration of the internal layout to optimise spatial flow, natural light, and workplace efficiency. The proposals have introduced new structural elements to enable new, open plan office areas, enabling a more open and connected interior environment. Our scope also included the specification of bespoke furniture solutions and a refreshed exterior treatment, with new finishes and paintwork that bring cohesion and visual identity to the site.
