B2/B8 Development  by Goodrich Cutler Associates

We are very excited to announce that our project at Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes has been submitted for Planning Approval. As part of team assembled by Bidwells for the property investor AEW, we have provided architectural services for this B2 / B8 development replacing low density office buildings with a high quality general industrial and storage and distribution facility.

We've moved!

After six successful years at New Walk, the Practice has relocated to the LCB Depot in Leicester's Cultural Quarter. Initially, the team started in 2018 on the ground floor of 98 New Walk, growing over time until the need for more space arose. The new office on the fourth floor of the Depot offers an open-plan space, and the team looks forward to expanding relationships and business opportunities. Gratitude is extended to David Sturgis for his early support and to Paul Guyan and Sue Worwood for ensuring a smooth move.
