Matt Harding
Architect
BA(Hons) BArch PG DipArch RIBA ARB
Matt is an architect, founding director and owner of Goodrich Cutler and has worked
in private practice prior to and since qualification in 2000. Apart from a passion for
good design and enabling its delivery, he enjoys solving technical challenges, long
road trips and evenings out with good food, good wine and good friends.
Katie Beliun
Architectural Technologist
BA(Hons) ACIAT
Katie is an Architectural Technologist and joined Goodrich Cutler in November 2018. She studied
Architectural Technology and Construction Management in VIA University College in Denmark and
had an apprenticeship in Rome, Italy.
Katie has a strong passion for 3D visualization, solving design issues and details along with interest in
historical buildings. In her spare time Katie enjoys travelling, hiking, swimming, long walks with her
dog not to mention painting and jigsaws!

Aslam Chopdat
Architect
BA(Hons) BArch PG DipArch RIBA ARB
Aslam completed both undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Leicester School of Architecture. Upon completion of his studies he worked at a number of practices, gaining valuable experience on a broad range of projects in various sectors.
Joining Goodrich Cutler Associates in 2019, he was a project team member delivering the Litecast factory scheme. With the practice working on a number of historic buildings, he has developed an interest in conservation with a focus on sensitive interventions.
Seim Lei Yati
Architectural assistant
BA(Hons) RIBA PART I MSc
Seim is an architectural assistant who joined the practice in 2022. Seim finished her RIBA Part I degree from De Montfort University. In 2022, Seim completed her postgraduate degree in Architecture and Sustainability.
Seim has a passion for cooking, coming from a Burmese background and loves playing
guitar, listening to audiobooks as well as playing boardgames.
Georgia Fidler
Junior Interior Designer
BA(Hons)
Georgia graduated with an Honours Degree in Interior Design from De Montfort University and is determined to add value to people’s lives through design. After studying for 3 years at DMU and completing an exchange year in Utah, she is excited to expand her creative mindset within the industry. When she’s not looking for design inspiration, she loves to read, travel and go to concerts!
Mary Smith
Office Manager
Mary has many years' experience of office management, customer service, bookkeeping and payroll giving her a solid, all round skills set. She has worked in a variety of roles within many different business sectors at both large organisations and small, family run businesses, enabling her to adapt to a variety of challenges and problem solving tasks. Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves walking and cycling.
