Milton Keynes

We are very excited to announce that our project at Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes has been submitted for Planning Approval. As part of team assembled by Bidwells for the property investor AEW, we have provided architectural services for this B2 / B8 development replacing low density office buildings with a high quality general industrial and storage and distribution facility. Goodrich Cutler were engaged at Stage 0 to masterplan the project and, working with the consultant team have developed the scheme up to Stage 3 including landscape and architecture. Our Clients have allowed us to pursue a robust and simple aesthetic for the buildings which were conceived to create a unique development in this part of Milton Keynes.
